shipping Terms:
We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous United States and Canada via UPS ground. International Buyers – please contact us at cs@marecal.com for shipping rates. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Our preferred shipping method for domestic shipments is UPS Ground, please be aware that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. U.S. Postal Service may also be used in certain circumstances.
- Please allow 2 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.
- Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to its weight, fragility or if item is shipped by a third party partner.

Return Terms
All sales come with Marecal backing. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. However, in the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.
The following specific terms must be met for returns:
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- Shipments missing pieces, DOA (Dead On Arrival), or not working as described, must be reported within 3 days from date it was delivered.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, with the exception of when replacements are not available for defective items.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
Return Procedures
Please send an email to returns@marecal.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
